Beef Demi-glace

This classic French glace is made from Foundation 1/3 beef reduction with roux added.

A fresh, velvety smooth sauce which takes considerable time and skill to create. We have also included our own special blend of red wine.

Contains gluten and dairy.

New Zealand grass-fed beef bones, spring water, fresh carrots, onions, celery, red wine and tomato paste, flour, butter, starch, herbs and spices.
