This is a fresh, concentrated lamb glaze reduced from our sweet distinctive lamb stock. Made with New Zealand lamb, Foundation lamb glaze provides a rich roast duck flavour and aroma.


Ingredients
New Zealand lamb bones, spring water, fresh carrots, onions, celery and tomatoes, herbs and spices.

6 months chilled
