1/3 Reduction

This one-third (1/3) beef stock reduction has been reduced to a third, and is a good "middle of the road" product. While it was reducing, it had plenty of freshly cut vegetables added to it to sweeten and lift the aromatic flavours, and it was then finished off with a good amount of red wine.

Holds well in a Bain-marie without any detrimental effects. Hugely popular.
