Beef Glaze

This fully reduced Beef Glaze is rich in flavour and has great colour and clarity. A heavily gelled beef glaze, it is a superb addition to any dish that needs a bit of a lift in flavour.

It is great served as it is or you may add your own touches to it. It is very sticky and holds well on a plate while remaining smooth and consistent.
This product does not hold well in Bain-marie for too long as it may go bitter.
